Every Cat Alexander Design Studio wallpaper and textile is based on an original piece of artwork. Cat’s artwork is inspired by a deep admiration and exploration of Turkish Ebru marbling and Japanese Suminagashi techniques. Cat mixes her own inks and pigments, methodically works them into basins of natural sea moss and water, and then carefully submerges treated paper to capture the design.

Each original piece of art is digitally reproduced as a wallpaper or textile that evokes a feeling of nature, movement, and meditation.
