CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

 

At CLOTH HALL our curated lines are small batch and often made-to-order. All orders are placed in a production queue. Textile and wallcovering orders may be cancelled by emailing or calling us within one business day following order placement.

After the one business day period, orders are no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

Cancelled orders are subject to a cancellation fee - to be deducted from the amount of the refund.

RETURNS

Our products celebrate natural materials and the beauty and tactility they bring to spaces. Minor imperfections are inherent characteristics of our products and serve as a reminder of the human hand that crafted them. Considerable time has been devoted to bringing these products to fruition and what may appear to be an imperfection is, in fact, a certificate of authenticity reflecting our commitment to genuinely crafted products.

All orders are final sale. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and alert us without delay should there be an issue.

Claims will only be accepted on incomplete, incorrect or damaged orders.

No claims will be accepted once a fabric or wallpaper has been cut, installed or finished in any way. We do not accept claims based on labour or installation-related issues.

SHIPPING & DAMAGED ORDERS

CLOTH HALL makes every effort to ensure all orders are correctly packaged and shipped. Upon arrival, please inspect your shipment immediately. If you discover a problem, please contact us to report it and determine next steps.

Please take photographs and save all original packaging in the event we need to file a claim with the shipper.
